  • Senior Construction Project Manager

         Full-time ·  Bay Area

We're expanding our commercial construction division and looking for a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead that growth. You'll be the face of the company on-site and with clients — overseeing day-to-day construction activities, managing teams and subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to spec.

Job Description:

  • Be the face of the company — care about our clients and understand there is always a human side to our business

  • Site visits — oversee day-to-day construction activities, quality standards, and project timelines across multiple sites

  • Team management — coordinate construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers; assign tasks and ensure efficient workflow and productivity

  • Project planning — collaborate with the Field Supervisor to develop work plans and ensure timely completion of milestones

  • Quality & compliance — conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets specifications, codes, and standards

  • Resource allocation — manage materials, equipment, and manpower to optimize project efficiency and control costs

  • Communication — act as liaison between clients, stakeholders, and management, providing regular updates and addressing concerns

  • Problem solving — proactively identify and resolve issues to keep projects on track and within budget

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related experience

  • Experience with pool construction, ADU projects, and landscape construction (required)

  • 5–7+ years of proven experience in construction site management, with a thorough understanding of construction processes

  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and blueprints

  • Experience and understanding of various city permitting requirements

  • Excellent client and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
