Bay Scenery has been developing outdoor living spaces for over 30 years. We are currently looking to hire an estimator / project manager and new field crew members to join our team.
Senior Landscape Designer
Responsibilities: Understanding client’s design and criteria, working closely with the clients in
developing their vision for their outdoor living space from the start of the development to the
completion of the project and understanding the architecture requirements; working closely with
the entire developing client proposals and estimating team and having a clear understanding of various elements of the design and being able to articulate such elements into a detailed proposal,
including working with the client post-initial construction stage.
Requirements: Bachelor of Landscape Architecture Degree or a related field (foreign equivalent
degrees accepted) plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or Urban Planning. Prior
experience must include architectural and interior design, project development, and skill such as
architecture software and team management, construction techniques; computer software Auto-
Cad for layout drawing, Rhino for modeling, Lumion; understanding of LIDAR data models,
QGIS, and extraction of geo-topographical day and knowledge of construction cost estimation,
landscape, and interior design; 3D modelling, 3D rendering, visualization, and preparation of the
presentation developing graphic exhibits and construction documents of landscape plans. Must
be familiar with US Construction codes, specifically in California. To apply email your resumes

Director Landscape Design
Responsibilities: Managing a team of 3 local designers in the US and 3 external design
subcontractors in Italy; responsible for all daily tram activities, including mentoring and
managing their project-related tasks, guiding them to make sure that state and federal building
codes are compliant; working with team members in relation to the overall company structure
and goals as well as meeting client requests; meeting and managing clients' workflow process for their projects from start to finish and the ability to not only manage the design criteria but also work closely with the clients to meet their objectives and that of the company; supervising the
construction site, such as monitoring the progress of the construction of the projects and ensuring
compliance with the design drawings, construction details, and building codes.
Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field (foreign equivalent
degrees accepted) plus 3 years of experience in the job offered. Prior experience must include
architecture and landscape design and construction methods, plus building and landscape
construction details and methods. Knowledge of permit application, client management, and
remote construction supervision of the project; computer software Auto-Cad for layout drawing,
Rhino for modeling, Lumion; understanding of LIDAR data models, QGIS, and extraction of
geo-topographical day and knowledge of construction cost estimation. Must be familiar with US Construction codes, specifically in California. Please apply by sending your resume to
